About This Mini Course


I wanted to create something that would help people get started with mindfulness in simple, practical steps. I was already helping people through my blog and coaching, but I wanted to create another option for those who want to build the foundation of their mindfulness practice on their own and at their own pace! This mini course will be the perfect place to get started.

I’m a mindfulness and transformation coach from Austin, Texas as well as a musician! My goal is to make mindfulness easy and accessible for everyone, which is why I made this mini course just for you.

What Is Mindfulness?


Mindfulness is simply being in the present moment without any resistance; not preoccupied with the past of future. It’s not at all complicated! You’ve probably experienced it before, even if just for short periods of time.

You don’t need any special prior knowledge about this stuff to enter the mini course though. This course is perfect for beginners! I’ll walk you through simple steps to experience mindfulness in your own way.
